Mgahinga Community Development Organisation (MCDO) is one of the leading local organisations that are promoting community development and conservation around Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Kisoro,
Uganda.

The management of Lake Mutanda Eco Community Centre , initiatives in sustainable agriculture, building development for local schools and provision of safe drinking water to schools and nurseries, and the formation of eco-tourism ventures are just a few of the projects currently in progress.

Kunda Arts Collective, is a social business connecting and supporting artists in Rwanda. At Kunda Arts Collective, their goal is to promote sustainable development in Rwanda through partnering with local artists and investing in their communities.

They work with talented Rwandan artists to provide a platform for them to share their artwork and creations, expand their horizons, and retain a sustainable income. They do this by organizing events and workshops and selling art through our physical and online shop.

In order to be able to carry out our activities, they collaborate with
different partners worldwide and in Kigali, such as galleries,
artists, RedRocks Initiative, the German organization Starfrica and
the German Embassy in Kigali.

Red Rocks Initiatives for sustainable development supports Volcanoes National Park and the mission of the Global Alliance of National Parks. We are a member in good standing.

Green Cameroon is a non-profit making organization that works to conserve and protect nature in Cameroon. It was founded in 2003 by a group of young Cameroonians who felt concerned about the level of environmental degradation and lack of interest/awareness on environmental issues that prevailed at the level of the average Cameroonian.

Green Cameroon was founded with a mission to Conserve Cameroon’s rich biodiversity by working on practical solutions to solve conservation problems. We pay close attention to sustainable development, rural community livelihood and contemporary environmental issues. Green Cameroon was formed with a strong commitment to fighting environmental problems in our communities like deforestation, desertification, unsustainable farming practices, improper waste disposal methods, water scarcity, health problems linked to sanitation and general lukewarm attitude towards and nature conservation issues. Green Cameroon helps local community members to live better lives by improving on living standards alongside making scarce resources available for posterity

Red Rocks Initiative for Sustainable Development joined other individuals / Organizations and Tourism businesses in declaring a climate emergency and taking action to reduce their carbon emissions.
